Return & Shipping
RETURN POLICIES
- One week for returns after the product has been received.
- For returns, merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached.
- A store credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping payment for any returns.
SHIPPING POLICIES
- We offer FREE SHIPPING in orders over $75.
- After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order.
- Blue Plate will contact you if additional information is needed for card verification or if any item goes out of stock unexpectedly.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
- If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
- Domestic Shipping: please allow 1-3 days business days.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
- Blue Plate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered.
